Terrible experience!!! You can have a prior appointment set up a week before and you'll still have to wait. My appointment was for 12 an then they called an hour before and changed it to 1. I came around 12:45 for my appointment and they said they had only had 8 students and 12 appointments so it will take awhile. And other students over there working told me that a lot of people canceled their appointment but they were still behind staff!!! I waited so long and kept on asking the receptionist how much like Longer it will take and all she for more than two hours "she's almost done". At last I got fed up waiting for so long and canceled my appointment but they didn't even try and convince me to just get it done . Horrible front desk service. They had students free doing nothing and people were just walking in and the receptionist were letting them get their service while I was sitting for so long. Might be very good price but not worth it at all. I've never been so disappointed and disheartened by a hair salon before.
